GOMO, referred to in this document as "we", takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. We adhere to principles such as authority and responsibility, clear purpose, opt-in consent, minimum access, security, subject involvement and transparency to maintain your trust. To create an account, you can choose to log in with your Apple account. The information you provide will be used during your use of the service. If you cancel your account, we will anonymize or delete your information in accordance with applicable law. The unique ID generated during the quick login process must be protected by you and shall not be sold or transferred.

(ii) Product or service display and promotion:

In order to enhance our services, we will provide personalized information search and transaction services based on your browsing history and device information. We may use this data to display and push relevant information. You can choose not to receive commercial advertisements at any time.

When using our services, we collect and analyze information to improve page display, search results, product matching and detect account violations. This includes device information obtained with the user's consent. Our system automatically records service usage details as web logs. Device information and log data cannot identify you alone. If non-personal data is combined with personal information, it will be treated as personal information during the combined use. Unless authorized or required by law, we will anonymize and de-identify such information.

When you contact us, the communication and call records may be stored to solve the problem and keep records.

(iii) Other purposes:

We will ask for your prior consent when we use the information for purposes not listed in this policy or use the collected information for other purposes.

(iv) Exceptions with authorized consent:

  3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments.

Sharing or transferring de-identified personal information to prevent re-identification is not considered sharing, transferring or publicly disclosing personal information. This data processing will be carried out without further notice or approval.

5. How you manage your personal information/your rights

If you cannot access this information through the specified path, please contact GOMO Customer Service. We guarantee to respond to your request within 15 days. We will provide you with any additional personal information generated during your use of our products or services in accordance with relevant arrangements.

(2) Correct your personal information

If you find that the personal information we process about you is incorrect, you have the right to request correction or supplement. You can make a correction or supplement request in the manner specified in this section.

(3) Delete your personal information

You can delete some of your personal information using the methods listed in this section. You can ask us to delete your personal information in the following circumstances:

• If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations.

• We collect or use your personal information without your explicit consent.

• If our processing of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you.

• If you no longer use our products or services, or you voluntarily cancel your account.

• If we no longer provide products or services to you.

If your deletion request is accepted, we will notify any individual who received your personal information from us and request that they delete the information immediately, unless required by law or you have independently authorized it. The information may not be deleted from our backup system immediately, but will be deleted when the backup is updated.

(4) Manage the scope of your authorization

You have the right to give or withdraw your consent to the collection and use of additional personal information at any time. Certain business functions and services require your personal information to be realized. If you withdraw your consent, we will no longer be able to provide these functions and services and will stop processing your corresponding personal information. (5) User account cancellation

You can cancel your account by logging in to GOMO (GOMO -> click the "My" icon -> click the gear icon in the upper right corner -> System Settings interface -> "Account and Security" -> click "Account Cancellation (Delete Account)"). After you submit a successful account cancellation application, your account will be cancelled immediately without manual review. After canceling your account, we will stop providing you with products or services, delete your personal information as required by law, or anonymize it.

(6) Constraints on automatic decision-making by information systems

In certain business operations, we use automatic decision-making mechanisms that rely solely on information systems and algorithms. If these decisions seriously affect your legitimate rights and interests, you can ask for an explanation, and we will provide a complaint channel that does not infringe GOMO's trade secrets, other user rights or social public interests.

(7) Responding to your request

For security reasons, we may require a written request or proof of identity. Before processing your request, we may ask you to confirm your identity and will respond within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint through GOMO Customer Service. We will try our best to meet your reasonable requests. We may reject requests that are repetitive, require excessive technical resources, endanger the legitimate rights of others, or are impractical.

Limitations

We will not be able to respond to your request in the following circumstances:

• Related to national security or defense

• Related to pubpc safety, pubpc health and major pubpc interests.

• Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments.

• There is sufficient evidence to show that the subject of personal information has subjective mapce or abuses his rights.

• Responding to your request will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or others.

• Involving commercial secrets

6. How your personal information is transferred globally

We are committed to protecting your personal information globally. When our products involve cross-border business and need to transfer your personal information to other countries or regions, we will strictly comply with relevant laws and regulations. This includes evaluating the security of outbound information, obtaining clear authorization, and complying with regulatory instructions. For cross-border transfers, we will require the recipient to take effective measures such as signing an agreement and on-site verification to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information obtained. When GOMO ceases operations, we will notify you through push notifications, website announcements, or in-app announcements, and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period of time.

Our Privacy Policy may be revised to reflect changes in our business functions, purposes of use, or contact information of the person responsible for personal information protection. We value your rights under this Privacy Policy and will not weaken your rights without your explicit consent. If there are any major changes, we will promptly notify you through the GOMO platform and customer service notifications. Major changes within the scope of this policy include:

• Modification of our business functions.

• Adjustment of purposes of use.

• Changes in personal contact information for overseeing personal information protection.

• Major changes in service models, such as the purpose of processing personal information, the types of personal information processed, and the way personal information is used.
